    Trying to get pregnant again
    Me and my husband have one child... and we want another. We have been trying to get pregnant for over a year and an half.. and we are al a loss as to what we can do now.. what can we do to help increase our chances?

    You may need to visit your doctor as they say that if you have been trying for over a year and no pregnancy then something may be wrong. Having said that, there are other things that could be a factor such as your age and lifestyle. Have you tried having a more balanced diet (the both of you that is) with plenty of fruit and vegetables? Have you tried taking vitamins including folic acid? There are plenty of suggestions that the doctor can make after giving you a full check and taking your lifestyle into consideration. Unfortunately, I can only respond based on the little information you have given here.
    I do wish you all the best trying though, I know how frustrating it must be realizing that you are not pregnant month after month.
