Hi, I have another question. The last time that my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex was May 19th and I was due to get my period on May 23rd, buy it was six days late and not like a normal period for me I had about 2 days of light bleeding and about 2 days of brown streaking. My question is was this implantation bleeding or my period. I am on seasonique, well I was, and my period is usually normal about 4 or 5 days. What was this and If I began bleeding on the 28th and took an HPT on June 6th did I test too early to get a pos test if I am pregnant. I'm trying to figure out how long I should wait to retest

Every women is different. If your 2 day long period was bright red, then its usually not implantation bleeding because your uterus is shedding itself. Implantation bleeding will usually be only brown and maybe a slight shade of pink mixed in from old blood breaking off. But then again, like my first sentence, every woman's different. There have been some cases where women have bleed through the whole nine months of there pregnancy! I would say... if it was implantation bleeding, then it is about the right time to take a test. Usually if a test is wrong it is because of a false negative or because your hormones have just not spiked yet. To be absolutely positive, I would ask your doctor to take a blood test. Blood tests are 100% accurate. Best of luck!
