    Pet deposit/fee
    As a landlord in New Hamphire how much am I able to ask for a pet security deposit/fee?
    I know I can ask up to as much as the rent for a security deposit but how much for a Pet fee/deposit?

    At the top of this forum is a sticky note with links to landlord/tenant law for most states. However, NH law might not be specific about it. If it isn't, I would venture to say 1/2 the monthly rental.
