I had a d&c about 44 days ago. I was in fourth month when the baby's heart was no longer beating. I tried to miscarry naturally but my uterus did not dialate. I had a d&c but I haven't stopped bleeding; nor have I had my cycle yet. I've had days when I spot lightly to heavy bleeding and clots. Finally my ob checked my hcg levels. It
Was at 20. I was active so could I be pregnant
Again or is just tissue? Do I need a second d&c?

I'm sorry to hear you lost your baby abd I would get fully checked out, I know everybody is different but it shouldn't really take that long for the bleeding to subside? As for the possibility of being pregnant it is most deffinately possible, your body is at its most fertile after giving birth and whist I understand you haven't actually had a baby, your body may still perform as if it has, so if you've had unprotected sex in the last 44 days then yes you could have got caught again.
