A lien comes from a judgement. A judgement comes from the court, not a collection agency.
Have you been served with a court date? How much do you owe? Has the repo boat been sold and do you have a balance that you have not paid? You need to explain a little more

I have a judgement from the court for the amount of 28,000.00. The boat has been sold. The loan company had an attorney for awhile that tried garnish my wages and wiped out my bank account.

Generally your home is exempt under homestead laws. Usually they will not bother with a lien since they can't force the sale of the home.
