Who can forget aura? She makes sure no one forgets her.
For the past few weeks, she's been trying to climb up doorways, or something. She'll be sitting there, then, all of a sudden, she's jumping up and 'hugging' the doorway. It's amusing, to say the least.

The tortie isn't one of the colour mixes I like, sorry :o I prefer plain ones, or spotted, or like tabby cats, having random short horizontal bands and things like that.

I just love cats. I will call the rattiest, mangiest looking cat to me so I can scratch it's ears. It's not their fault no one takes care of them. All kitties deserve love.
The only problem, is that I often get cats that try to follow me home.

Spot - 11 weeks

Zoe - 11 weeks

Alty-cat - 11 weeks

Aura - 11 weeks

Unky - 11 weeks
I have to share this, because I find it amusing for some twisted reason. Spot's balls are even two-toned. He has one black ball and one one ball.

TMI about Spots balls! ;)
I'm still partial to Zoe and Alty cat, because of the coloring.

He got adopted the end of last week. He's the only cat in a house with 3 kids, but I don't think it'll bother him any. He's the only one I could see handling be an only cat or around young kids.

Spot is a trip.
Aura is a princess.
Alty-cat is a little kid.
Zoe thinks she's bigger and more grown up than she is.
Unky is thoughtful and quiet and shy.
I know you can't really tell from the pics, but alty-cat is about half the size of spot. Spot is already a little more than half edith's size.
I think his size makes edith forget that he's a baby, and she sometimes plays a bit too rough. He cries and I have to remind her that he's a baby and she needs to be gentle. She stops, spot gets up and runs off, and she chases him and bowls him over again.
Spot gets a little rough with alty sometimes, for the same reason. He doesn't realize he's so much bigger than her. I can usually distract him pretty easily. Either that, or zoe comes along and he goes after her.
One of the funniest thing I think I have ever seen was when spot and alty decided to charge each other at the same time. They both jumped and ended up colliding mid-air. Alty hung on after they landed. Spot wasn't quite sure what just happened.

He is turning into quite the looker. Just wait until he gets his adult coat in and he's REALLY fluffy.

Well, at least one has gotten adopted at this point. Some step of progress. :-)
I once had an adult cat and got a new kitten into the house, and I was a bit concerned about the huge difference in size. But I just left them alone and they got it all worked out. The kitten could stand up to it pretty well. (Though he grew up to be a very shy, non-aggressive cat.)
