    Child abuse dropped, now what?
    My husband is incarcerated, I am a victim of domestic violence. I had my baby in my arms, and I was holding my cup, he beated me, so per accidental the cup came against my baby head. The court dropped it. What Dcf is going to do now? They ain't harassing me. What if me and my husband get back together after a year, because of course I want him to do his time in jail. Btw, he has never laid a hand on me in the entire 4 years we are together, he took a clonazepam, which is prescribed for me and not for him, nasty side effects, still not an excuse though. Are we going to get in trouble with DCF? Please help, I need the right information.

    Why is your husband incarcerated and what was dropped by the court, please?
