    How to adopt?
    I do not know what to do not knowing who the fathers are and my husband wants to adopt my two children. I don't know what the courts will do or say

    You find a lawyer to prepare the adoption petition. You need one to do things right and they can advise on all the details.

    Generally, the courts will want to be sure everything humanly possible has been done to notify the biological fathers and get their consent.
