    Nothing,that's what.

    He probably can't get girls his own age so he has to try it on with young teens,if he has sex with her he could go to prison and be on a sex offenders list,she could get pregnant,or a sexually tranmitted disease.

    Tell your friend to dump this sorry excuse,and go bowling,if the guy has a problem with it,tell him to take it up with her dad.

    She might think she likes him but its just her hormones and the attention from an older guy,this guy is a jerk,and I don't have to know or see him to know that,he has no business persueing a 13 year old.

    All you can do is tell her that,or tell another adult in real time who can do something about it.

    He needs to know that if he kisses her, or even goes further, he could go to jail and be labeled a sex offender for the rest of his life. Is that what they want?

    I was dating a 17 yeraold and I was 14, I am going into high school and he was looking at colleges, we were at 2 different points in our lives, so it ended because of that and he was a horny bastard and all he really wanted deep down was physical sexual contact.     I'm puzzled as to why this thread was moved, apparently, to the legal boards. If OP has a specific question about the statutory rape laws, she/he needs to ask it, and give the jurisdiction.
