    98 honda accord problems starting
    I changed fuel pump (new) it will start car then when I turn it off its hard to start unless I let it sit for awhile.sometimes I hear the humming from pump and sometimes I can't when ignition is on.when I don't hear it ill jumper pump and it turns on is this a bad relay

    Does the Check Engine Light always come on and go off after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II)?
