Pool professionals replaced our liner last summer, and ever since then losing water
We had our inground pool liner replaced last summer, and ever since then we have been losing water with pump off. Today they drained water down a bit and sealed up light fixture and around walk in steps, then proceeded to refill with water. As of right now its filling and liner started pulling away from walls and in shallow area water is under liner. This has never happened before in the last 20 some years that the other two liners were put in. Why now? This is the first time this company has put one in. They keep bringing up ground water but this has never been an issue in the past. I told them last summer after liner was put in that it was losing water, and notified them this year three months ago to come out and fix this problem and open pool and they just now are coming out today, and I'm worried about this problem. Any helpful answers or what might be the problem?

    Hi, James_70!

Did you have a signed contract with them when the original work was done, please?

    Thanks!
