    Bankruptcy
I am about to file chatper 13 bankruptcy. I have back due property taxes that will go on sale in July. My mortgage company has sent me a letter asking when of if I have paid the property taxes (which I have not). I need to response within 30 days. I need to file my bankruptcy sooner than later which means I need to take out another payday loan for $1,000 to get the bankruptcy started. I do not plan to include this payday loan in the bankruptcy. If I go the original route, my bankruptcy will not be paid for until July 23rd. I just to not want my mortgage company to buy property taxes or default on my mortgage. Any suggestion or better solutions. Thanks!
