You need to have the h alone. So, first, let's remove that 10. We do so by subtracting 10 from both sides.
g - 10 = 10 - 4h - 10
This gives:
g - 10 = -4h
since 10 - 10 = 0
Now, we need to remove the -4. To do this, divide both sides by -4, so that you have -4/-4 = 1
This gives:
