    Vintage Newspapers marking Historical Events
Is a newspaper with the headlines announcing a historical event such as Pearl Harbor, Mickey Mantles 500 HR or Hank Aaron’s breaking the Babe's record, maybe a paper stating the day Coach Bear Bryant won his last game and then his death.

Are these valuable and if so, is the whole newspaper in-tacked, more valuable then just a front page or back page of a paper? Again, if they are valuable to someone and for insurance purposes where would a person find today’s value for these vintage newspapers?

Yes, they are potentially valuable monetarily. However, what something is worth monetarily, does greatly depend on the condition of the item and what someone is willing to pay for it.

Are these newspapers that you have really old or just reproductions of early newspapers, please? It would be helpful to know that.

Also, if they are really old, how are you storing and protecting them?

The following search might give you an idea as to the possible monetary value of them.

    Clough-

These are original newspapers that I would say are the next morning announcement of the event. I have kept them as they are, such as not going back and religning the pages. I say they are in excellent condition, kept in plasic.

I are agree with you on ture market value; which is what someone agrees to pay for what I agree to sell the item for. Let me know if my assumtion is true.

You did not say but I'm guess you would say the whole paper is worth more than just a front or back or both when value is being estamated.
I have not heard from Flying Blue since I gave him his assignment. Ha ha! Do you know each other?

Thanks for the web site and I'll be checking it out.
