    Water leaking when shower runs but not when bath is drained
    My upstairs bathroom is leaking water onto the downstairs ceiling only when the shower is engaged. When my son takes a bath and the water is drained, it does not leak downstairs.

    Sounds like the tile grout has shrunk allowing water to run down the wall into the ceiling.
    Check the tile grout where the shower stream hits the wall. Good luck, Tom
