    How can I make 1000 ppm from glucose powder?

    1000 is 1000 parts per million.

    1 ppm = 1 mg/litre

    So, 1000 ppm is 1000 mg/litre, or 1 g/litre.

    Of course, you now need a pure sample of glucose powder.
