    Third party declines liability in motor vehicle accident
    A friend drove the car of another friend, crashed, injured people in the car, insurance company has declined liability, even though the owner of the car was charged with giving the keys to someone she knew was unlicenced and now one of the people in the car is sueing the driver, who has no money, the driver was found guilty of driving in a manner dangerous and is serving a 2 year periodic sentence, what happens next

    Hello p:

    What happens next? To who? The driver will continue his periodic sentence (what's that?). The owner will get sued and if she has no money then she doesn't have to pay. If she has a HOUSE then she better worry.
