    Can an 18 year old female be engaged to a minor in the state of virginia?
    I am an 18 year old female about to be engaged to a 16 year old male. I this legal? And can I get in trouble for living in the same household as he even though its his parents house and they to live there?

    And why ? What is the job or future of a 16 year old getting married,

    Date, don't rush, and for gods sake, don't move in, and move into his parents home. Even if there was a chance of you two making it for long term, moving in with parents make it twice as hard.
