I just replaced my rotor and cap this morning on my Honda Civic 91 DX... it should be pretty similar.
Anyway, once you take the cap off, you have the ignition coil on top and some kind of plastic cover below the rotor. You remove the cover by sliding it down (no force needed, no bolts, just slide it down). Once that is off, there should be a bolt on the rotor, but it might not be visible. Now don't try to turn the rotor around, rather put the car in gear (5th gear would be best) and have someone (your wife? :) ) push it until you see the bolt. Now move the car until you can "comfortably" undo the bolt, and from there it's pretty simple.
Anyway, that's how I did it on my Civic.
Hope that helps...
