You have to be straight with her.
Tell her you'll be there for her as a friend, but nothing more.
It sounds like she is needy, and understandably so; she's about to become a single mother, and she needs you in her life.
It is up to you where to draw the line, and very important that you think of the consequences before getting mixed up in this.
Are you prepared to be a father to her child? To take on a family, with all the responsibilities that entails, is an enormous task at any age, but at age 23, even more so.
My advice is to follow your instinct, and I get the impression that you need to establish the boundaries and expectations of the relationship.
