Me and this guy met on new years 2010 and he asked me out on Jan 3... He is 16 and I'm 13 he is a Junoir now and I'm a freshmen.. well we got to see each other a lot but we wanted to be together more so after high school basketball games we would sneek out to the student parking lot to do stuff and we were only dating 6 weeks so we got a little to active but we didn't go all the way! He was just perfect to me and even though all his ex's said he wasn't perfect.. I was just so in love and we broke up on Feb. 13 yea I know the day before valentines day!! And I tried to get over him I started dating this other kid and he was talking to my ex one day and my ex told him that he saw my boobs and all this stuff and my boyfriend called me and started asking me about it and I didn't know what to do and now I really wish I wouldn't have done that stuff with my ex but I can't stop thinking about him and every time I go to the games and there camp because my brother is on the basketball team to he stares at me and smiles and I just don't know what to do... is he still thinking about me? How can I get over him? Do I love him? Should I talk to him? This questions go through my mind everyday! Will someone answer these questions for me? I have no were else to turn because I can't go to my mom about it she will kill me! :/ oh and me and the other guy broke up to :/

No, you don't love him. He's a jerk. He "did stuff" with a girl he knew was 13 years old. That's a criminal offense. Then he broke up with you, and started telling tales? He's a world class jerk.

Next time he smiles at you, tell him you have talked to a lawyer and he may face charges of sexual assault on a minor. And the fact that he boasted to your boyfriend about seeing your boobs is proof. That should wipe the smirk off his face and shut him up.

I think you should talk to him because maybe he is sorry for everything he did and is wanting to tell you that but he is just scared and I think he is a jerk to you could do a lot better and I don't think your "in love" but since you can't stop thinking about him there has got to be a spark there! But don't go back to him make him feel bad about himself!
