    Kitchen exhaust fan duct work
    Do you have to use insulated duct to run the kitchen exhaust fan venting through an attic?

    Mine is not insulated since usually the exhaust is warm so there is no condensation problems. If all else fails follow the manufactures install instructions as supplied with the range hood or other exhaust device.
