    Help With Immigration problem
Hello all I am needing some assitance. My son to be husband was taken two months ago by ins for something that he did six years ago. The bad thing is that va screwed him on the sentencing part of it. Right now we have found a lawyer who thinks that he can win an aggrevated felony charge and keep him here because he has a us citizen son and a home and job. Does anyone think that we should fight or do you think we should just let him go home. I know that there is a slim chance of winning this but doesn't trying count for something:( :( :(

You must do what you feel is right, if he is not guilty of the felony charge, then he needs to fight it.

And also does the lawyer have a real legal ground to beat it, if you can really beat it, great, if the lawyer is dong it to get 10,000 from you and then still loose bad deal. But if the attorney is making sense then by all means don't be found guilty of a felony
