    Mercury marquis stuck parking brake
    The parking brake is stuck on my '94 Mercurt Marquis. How do I go about loosening it.

    There should be a cable, under the rocker panel on the driver's side, that you can back off.

Hi group, I have a 42" Murray riding mower. The parking brake is on and I can't get it off. I can press the brake pedal and the parking brake lever will go down. As soon as I release the brake, the parking brake lever goes back up. How can I fix this? Thanks, Kayc
