    Harbor breeze fan switch wiring
    I can't get the wires out of the switch. What's the deal with the paper clip. I can't get it in or see any wires

    Wall switch or pull chain switch on the fan? Don't know what you mean by paperclip. Can you post a picture?

    Pull chain switch. Instructions say to insert into terminal and pull out wire. Doesn't work.

    A small allen key or eyeglass screwdriver also works.

    Does your switch have a hole for each wire and a smaller hole next to each one, or JUST the hole for each wire?
