Honeywell Focus Pro 6000 (A/C shuts off)
    Hello:

I have a Honeywell Focus Pro 6000. If I shut down the unit for an extended period (multiple hours) and then turn it back on, it works perfectly. Within an hour, however, the A/C has stopped working. The unit is still humming, but only a moderate amount of "air temperature" air is blowing out of the vents. Why would this be the case?

    Thanks!

Sounds like you have a fan motor getting hot and shutting down.

So I pulled the filter off the AC unit in the ceiling last night after noticing a puddle of water on the floor. There is a 1/4" layer of ice underneath the filter. Why would this be the case? I have turned the AC unit off and am letting it thaw out.
