    Your physician is the person to recommend and prescribe for you. If you are interested in over the counter sleeping aids, your Pharmacist would be most helpful.

    There are also herbal remedies - note that a Physician (or Pharmacist) should be aware of any prescribed or other medication you take so that they don't interact.
