    What can I do if I have raise a child and mother is taking him away
    I have been raising my nephew for the last four years. Now my sister is trying to take him back he don't want to go he know she is his mother but have not stayed with her

    It depends on your jurisdiction. You may file for "de-facto custodian"/Ky/ or equivalent to this status.The law varies from state to state.
