Yes, you violated the rules, and need to notify your PO at once, if your parole is not drug or drinking related, they may let it go, or have you see the judge who may merely add watching your drinking as part of the Parole. But they can violate you and the judge send you back to prison over this. I have to ask, out of prison on parole, knowing that driving drunk would or could send you back, what were you thinking ? |
