I have a Kenmore Cold Spot refrigerator model #72102100 it is at a second home and I'm not sure when the trouble started but I know a storm went through the area because all the clocks were flashing 12:00. The freezer is working but the refigerator is not cold at all.

Sounds like lighting struck. Maybe, the power went out for a predetermined time. Call you local utility and see when the outage was and for how long. Maybe you should invest in a whole house generator from Sears or Lowe's.
