    My only income is ssdi they are garnishing 615 out of my 690 a mo for child support.
    I do not qualify for welfare or food stamps am being evicted from low income housing cannot pay my 113 rent on 78 dollars a mo am starving shelters won't take me have seizures

    If that is your sole source of income they can't take that much. You need to get back to court asap. You need this straightened out now.

    Have you been back to court to get the amount adjusted according to your income ?

    Is this just support or it is also for back support.
