OK got to make a few assumptions to start with so let me know if I read this wrong. Feeding the ceiling box is a balck, white and a ground which is green or bare. White neutral and black hot feed the supply side of the remote receiver in the canopy. Coming out of the receiver is a white, neutral for both fan and light. A black feeds the fan motor and the blue feeds the light, right so far? Test between the black and white going to the fan, get any power? Now test between white and blue, probably getting 120 vac, right?
