    Sue agency
I would like to sue for financial injury due to neglagence and or lack of due dilligence practiced by the agency. Thus prosecute the mother for providing false/misleading information to the agency (slander). To acquire more funds, that we are currently in litigation for. There is no court order for back owed yet. However this woman is acquiring it via garnishment, in addition to a current garnishment (making 2 garnishments in place. One without a court order.) The judge slipped up and never put in our court order that I have been current since the birth of my child. And the mother is able to convince CSE to garnish my wages for back owed, from a prior CSE order that was dropped last year.

By not practicing due dilligence. Prior to the garnishments (plural... Yes more than one garnishment.) The agency didn't require the mother to fill out a financial affidavid of funds received by the father. The agency are already garnishing wages for back owed child support that we are currently in litigation over as we speak. I'm crushed to see the abuse in power by not only the mother, but the agency who can give the mother that option. I pay my child support (with electronic paper trails), and just because the mother is unwilling to provide the agency with that vital info the agency still has the ability to acquire money that doesn't belong to the mother. It has cost me the ability to even be able to see my child. Which is priceless, especially when I could die fighting for "our" country.

What is your question? Can you sue? Of course - you can sue anybody for anything. Will you win? I doubt it because I have no idea how you could prove your allegations.

You're in the military ("die fighting for 'our' country")? You need a GOOD Attorney and the military will provide one.

It sounds like the child support agency has been, at best, negligent, but I am only hearing your side of things.
