    Creditcard civil suit
    My credit card bank was bought by another,Ive always paid on time and more than asked. The new bank doubled the minimal payment which was360.00 I called and ask why I was told everyone was increased to payoff sooner. That was not in my budget

    Hello C

    I am a little confused as to what you are asking. Your heading says
    Credit card civil suit but you do not mention this in your statement. Have you received a civil warrant to appear in court for an unpaid debt?
