    I had no lease and owed a months rent
    I had no signed lease with my landlord and lost my income I owed one months rent I have no way to pay what can the landlord do to me?

    He can take you to small claims court. After all, you lived there and that can be proven.

    Did you move out? How much notice did you give, was there a deposit?

    If you left owing money, he can take the deposit and apply it towards what you owe. If what you owe if more than the deposit, he can sue you.

    There was no deposit he called me and said he was going to have to make a decision so I knew he was going to evict me so I told him give me couple days to get my stuff out so I moved before another month was due I'm leaving the state but do I have to pay that last month?

    You will have to pay for at least though the time you lived there, and normally to the end of that month ( assuming) he rents it out before the next rental month,

    But he will sue you in court, if he wants for all of the unpaid rents, and any damage to the apartment if any. What is happening to the deposit

    He rented it 4 days after I was gone I'm leaving the state and always paid cash and never any reciepts for anything so if he sues me it will be his word against mine I only owed 525 what would the payments be for that

    First, you are putting the cart WAY before the horse. I would not think he can't prove you lived there or owe rent. But if he asked you to leave and you left, he may not bother trying to sure you.

    So don't do anything until you get a summons. Make sure you providea forwarding address though.

    He said he wanted his money told me I would be arrested because it was over 300 why do I need to provide a forward address he told me I have two weeks my girls grandmother and father are renters they said he should have had a lease other wise he doesn't have a leg to stand on I'm just trying to figure out what to do

    He is trying to intimidate you by threatening jail. You don't go to jail for owing a debt (except child support).

    But it is not true that you had to have a lease. As long as he can prove you lived there, which should not be hard, he can sue for unpaid rent.

    The reason you need to leave a forwarding, is in case he does sue you want to receive notice of the suit. Otherwise he gets a default judgement against you.

    OK thanks let me ask this what could I do if he summons me and I'm in another state I won't be able to get back here for court and if I have no income what is he going to be able to get? Should I offer him a deal like 50every two weeks or something

    Tell him you have no money but when you get back on your feet you will pay him.

    Don't do anything more until he does sue.
