I have a problem with my line between the skinner and filter. Water is flowing through the pipe but not enough to fill the basket. (only about half the basket fills). Every time it looks like the basket is going to fill the basket returns to half filled. I installed a temoray line above groung and the filter works OK. I therefore know the problem is in the line. I tried using a decloger I bought in home depot but it did not do anthing to resolve the problem. Do you recommend that I call a plumber or should I try something else first.
