    Electric Fish Boy thing Movie
    Ok, so a few years ago I watched a movie/series, I don't know what it was. But it was about a boy who gets picked on by bullies at school. One day these fish creatures start crawling up a beach, the citizens are shooting them and the boy turns out to have electric powers and accidentally beats up the bully. Next thing you know, the town is like new orleans and him, a cheerleader with powers I think too are being chased up a church thing by a giant fish. WAS THAT?? I Want to SAY ITS HEROES CUZ OF THE CHEERLEADER BUT I Don't FREAKIN KNOW! AND ITS KILLING ME. PLEASE HELP

    Maybe you mashed-up two NBC
    Sci-fi seires

    Surface     (2005)
    And
    Heroes (2006)

    ..."it was about a boy who gets picked on by bullies at school"
    ..."the boy turns out to have electric powers and accidently beats up the bully"


    Maybe you're confusing the two series because Surface was put on hold in 06 due to the Olympics, then that fall Heroes was placed in the time slot
