    How to lessen the amount of cuticles without cutting them off?

    You can try gently pushing them back when they're soft. Do it right after you get out of the shower or after soaking your hands. They should lessen over time, but it will take time.

    That, I can't help you with. Maybe moisturizing will help. That's just a guess, though.
