Does an 1988 oldsmobile calaia have an acess panel under back seat to get to the fuel
I would like to know if a 1988 oldsmobile has an acess panel under the back seat to get to the fuel pump or does the gas tank need to be dropped? I just put new fuel fiter on and it still won't start it turns over but won't run or could it be fuses.

Check fuses first. Usually anything that has to do with fuel except trucks (older fords) are always outside the passenger area. You could ask at your nearest radiator shop. They should be able to tell you the steps or give you a price.
