You could convey it, by deed, to her and nine other people, as tenants in common. Or you could convey the house to a corporation and give her 10% of the shares in the corporation. But why do you think you want to do this? Ownership in common of real estate (even with just two owners) is very unwieldy and seldom a good idea. |
