Change the way in which an IRA is held
I am 66 and would like to change the way from which my IRA is held (me as an individual) to me as trustee of my trust. I plan to roll over my 401(k) into the same IRA. Can this be done without tax consequences? Thanks for any help.

This is a rather complex tax question that cannot be adequately answered on this type of forum, because the tax consultant has to know ALL aspects of your financial situation in order to provide accurate advice.

For this reason, seek out a local, qualified tax professional (CPA or enrolled agent) and have a face-to-face meeting. He will probably charge you for the visit, but it is money well spent.
