    Where deleted files are stored in c drive
    If any deletes a file, where exactly is located in c drive. How recover it back if recycle bin icon is not there on deskcop?

    Where is your recycle bin at ?

    If it hasn't been emptied then you can recover it from there.

    You can check to see if it is in windows explorer
