Not chance as these addresses are used all over the place, in fact one of my own branch offices uses it.

Private addresses are used for internal networking and normally fall into a small number of ranges.
The normal domestic private IP range is 192.168.x.x where x is any number between 0 and 254.

Public IP's are what the outside world sees of you and are assigned by your ISP. If every computer had a public IP address we would have run out of available IP's along time ago.

Just to add, A private address is not directly addressable from the Net. Your router converts the public address assigned to your LAN into the private addresses assigned to PCs on your LAN using NAT (Network Address Transalation). So your PC could have a private address of 192.168.1.222 and I could have a device on my network with the same IP. Private IPs only need to be unique within your LAN, public address need to be unique worldwide. That's why we now have IP v6.
