    Selling car to spouce
    I would like to sell my truck to my husband. We live in North Carolina. Is there any laws against this?

    Hello dyl:

    Nope, unless you're trying to avoid reposession. Plus, if NC is a community property state, he already owns half the truck, and if you sell it to him, you'll STILL own half the truck.
