Depending on your age and health, it's probably possible. Whether it is a good idea is a completely different thing. Other people's babies are so cute. When it's your own baby that won't stop screaming, you seriously think about throwing it out the window. And we won't even go into the whole thing of trying to do homework while breastfeeding, or how much money a baby costs.

To answer your question mannume79, every women's different so it really is a roll of the dice. Here are some things that MAY better your chances at getting pregnant;
1) the younger you are the better, but there have been 70 year old women having children so its not impossible.
2) Prenatal vitams can increase your chances slightly by boosting up your hormons.
3) Stay off birthcontrol for a good 3-6 months and then try.
4) Take ovulation test
5) Take annual check ups with your OBGYN
6) Get your husband checked for his sperm count
7) And lastly, don't give up so easily.

Now if your are infertil by some chance, you might want to consider adoption later on. There are plenty of children out there that need mothers :)

OP, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to come across like that. I thought you were about my daughter's age. Who I did seriously consider throwing through the window when she was younger!
