I saw this movie on TV sometime in the 90’s. It stared a little boy that rode his bike up into someone’s house (?) and came out scared half to death. His hair turns white and falls out and he has to ware a wing when he plays soccer. A bully finds out he is warring a wig and chases him home. The boy goes to see a witch doctor and the witch doctor gives him a list of ingredients for a hair growing potion. He puts allsorts of weird things from the list into the potion like ants or termites and goes to wash his hair with it but his sister and dad stop he and pore it down the drain. They thought he was going to drink it. They help he make another potion and his hair grows back but it dose not stop growing and (what I recall) a man kidnaps him and uses his hair to make paint brushes. I can’t remember the end but if you have heard or have seen this movie and know the name it will help me ease this weird story that’s been in my head for a long time. Thanks
