    The title of this Movie from 2000 or 1999?
    The movie was about a man on death row, he was in the electric chair and a lightining storm hit causing the power to go out. The man was severely burnt , but didn't die. They couldn't re-execute him but the experience changed him from a bad man to a really good man. He earned the right to be on work release and while out one day saved the life of a woman by taking a bullet meant for her. This movie came out just shortly before The Green MIle.

California is holding my refunds because at the end of 1999 my mother passes away and I received some inheritance from her estate, but it falls well below the 1.5m, so I was under the impression I wasn't going to be taxed, this is also the only income I made that year. Can they do that?
