How to get a bad low-life dead-beat person deported?
My baby's father is an illegal immigrant. It never really dawned on me that getting with an illegal was all bad news. I recently left him because I couldn't take the verbal, phsychological, physical and financial abuse! Thanks to him I'm forced to be on welfare, he working under a fake social and alias making $28+ an hour, he doesn't pay child support and is trying to take my infant away, he has even called CPS on me making false alligations. He has a criminal record that I recently found out about. He is stalking me and harassing me and has people watching my every move! I have a Restraining Order and I have made numerous reports to the police. How can I get this guy get deported?

What are the police telling you when he violates the protective order?

Are they arresting him for it? They shouldn't just take reports. That is how the process is going to start.

Then take it back to court and they will explain it to him by putting him in jail.

Be sure to save them for evidence. It sounds like you have a temporay restraining order. And the hearing is to make it a more permanent one. Also keep it with you at all times.
