I applied a WaMu credit card and made a transfer by 2008, WaMu was sold to Chase, and I didn't pay since last May. This morning I was served a Summon, petition, and request for admission of fact by third or forth party since there were different collectors.
On the admission of fact, fact 2, it said "you applied for and were issued a(n) VISA account bearing #... fact 1, balance + additional interest of 3.75% from date of judgment, fact 3, interest and attorney's fees are authorized either as a result of statute and notice or through your agreement with the creditor.
I live in New Orleans area, and I only have 15 days to reply the summon. Please help!

Do you have a creidt card and owe them the money?

If you you pay them?

You can of course deny owing it, request they provide proof of death
