    Fraud
I've been putting down I've been working until 6 for the past two months or so, but I've been leaving at 4.
I was doing it because my current boss (as of then) was telling me to; since my pay was "as low as it is already, you should be getting payed for working until then" -- her exact words.
Now I got a new boss (I didn't know about it) and for the past 2 weeks or so, I've been clocking out at 4, but putting down 6, as usual.
She left me a voicemail saying "Well, it looks like your out of a job... it's considered fraud what you were doing."
My question is - will I get CHARGED (on my record) for fraud, or will I just get fired?

Side question, are you saying you clock out and also fill out another time sheet? They can fire you for little of no reason but going through they process of getting you arrested and convicted of fraud is very, very slim.
